Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and eager Summer Intern to join our dynamic team. As an intern, you will work closely with experienced installation & service technicians and managers to gain hands-on experience in the residential heating and cooling industry. You will have the opportunity to learn about HVAC systems, troubleshooting, maintenance, installation processes, and customer service. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in pursuing a career in HVAC or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist HVAC technicians with residential heating and cooling system installations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Observe and learn troubleshooting techniques for heating and cooling equipment.
• Provide support in performing system inspections, diagnosing issues, and recommending solutions.
• Help maintain inventory and equipment to ensure technicians are fully prepared for each job.
• Shadow senior technicians and attend team meetings to enhance understanding of HVAC systems and customer service practices.
• Assist in keeping workspaces clean and organized.
• Participate in training sessions and hands-on activities to expand your knowledge of HVAC systems and service best practices.

Requirements:

• High school student or recent graduate with an interest in an HVAC career.
• Strong mechanical skills and a desire to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic problem-solving skills are a plus.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to lift equipment and materials up to [weight limit] lbs.
