What You’ll Do

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory, and distribution for HVAC/Electrical materials.
• Lead warehouse associates, Apprentices, and Parts Runners.
• Manage truck stock, special orders, emergency part runs, and warranty returns.
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, organized, and compliant.
• Track tools, maintain accurate inventory, and reduce material loss.
• Work closely with Dispatch, Install Coordinators, and Team Leaders.
• Support Apprentice training and maintain vendor relationships.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience (HVAC/Electrical a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with warehouse systems, KPIs, and inventory software.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Pay

$20-$25 per hour, based on your experience in warehouse management and inventory systems.
